Return Policy

We do not accept returns unless the wrong product was shipped. If the wrong product has been shipped we must be notified in writing within 24 hours of delivery along with photos of product that has not been removed from its original packaging. There are no refunds or credits.

Damages and issues
Please note that it is industry standard that there can be up to 5% (full size product) or 10% (thin product) of breakage during shipping of an entire order. If breakage is greater than that, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
